Other schools are giving 15 m per day for all students & staff to get outside and walk/run around the school.

Sleep is so important to recharge our energy banks. 6-7 hrs of good sleep is so important to help us avoid overeating; avoid dementia and Alzheimer’s disease as well as heart attacks.
